The strangest thing has started to happen in my office! Many of the other agents here at Prudential Americana Group have started to post print-outs of their inventory in their office windows, some of them are getting so many listings that you can’t even see into their office. I guess this new “Realtor Wallpaper” trend is quite catchy. Truth be told it’s because our listing inventory keeps climbing and climbing. I’ve been very busy with listings myself in the past few weeks and have not kept up with my blog like I want to, I just noticed I have not made a posting on the current MLS stats since the end of May. As I expected from all of the new decor in the office we are up 826 net listings since I last posted for a total of 25,773. The rentals are up as well, up 181 for a total of 3459. I know I’ve talked about things turning around in the Las Vegas Real Estate market soon, I still think it is around the corner. I was down at City Center and was told there are 3000 workers there now and they expect to have 7000 by the end of the year. That’s a lot of people moving her and they all need a place to live. Keep checking back on these numbers.
