Las Vegas MLS Stats for April 23, 2007
THE SKY IS FALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hear it everywhere, every newspaper I read talks about how bad the Las Vegas Real Estate Market has been and it looks like the future will be even worse! Jump I Say! Drink the Kool-Aid and pass it around, the end is near. I think they are all crazy! However in the past week the numbers are all showing a slightly dimmer picture for the market than I’m painting.
This week the number of active listings in the Vegas MLS for sale is up another 306 listings to 24,128 the amount of listings under some sort of contract is also up 35 to 3301 and the number of homes for lease has also increased by 57 to 3210. Overall this is a small increase for the week.
If you take a look at some of my other postings in “Las Vegas Real Estate” you will see my forecast is for a turn-around in the coming months. I’m sure that these numbers will be the first indicators.
