Las Vegas MLS Stats for April 17, 2007
Despite my optimistic outlook for the Las Vegas Real Estate Market in the coming months, this week we are looking at a growing number of active listings on the Market.
In the past week the number of current listings has increased by 515 to a total of 23,852. There was also an increase in the number of available rentals up 52 to 3153. I am glad to see there is total of 3266 properties in contingent & pending status, last month there were only 2739 homes sold. Maybe April will post a higher number! Let’s keep an eye on these numbers in the coming weeks, I think we are going to start to see a change. I will be keeping these numbers updated every week.
On the positive side there has never been a better time to be a buyer in the Las Vegas Market! There are some great deals to be found out there! Like I always say, “It’s time to start shopping!”
