Las Vegas MLS stats as of January 25, 2008
It’s been a while since I’ve posted the total listings for the Las Vegas MLS. The inventory is down to just under 25,000 homes but we still have almost a 2 year supply based on how many homes have sold in the past few months. It does seem like since the first of the year there has been more buyer activity so maybe some of the pent-up demand will start to decrease these totals in the coming months. Make sure you click on the image to expand it, you will see that well over 80% of the homes are listed under $500,000. With the low interest rates I think we are going to look back as say that 2008 was one of the best years to be a buyer in Las Vegas.
