Las Vegas Cay Club Inventory as of January 25, 2008
In the past couple of weeks I’ve had many discussion with owners about the current pricing of units here at the Las Vegas Cay Club. As you can see the prices are still trending lower! There has been nothing go into escrow, but with the lower prices we have seen more buyer activity than we have in the past months. Maybe we are getting close to the true values?
