I keep getting requests to know what the current HOA fees and property taxes are at The Las Vegas Cay Club, aka Desert Tides, aka 4200 S. Valley View. Here is a link to a past posting that outlines all of the different monthly HOA fees and what they cover. As of today they have not changed. I know there was a board meeting just a couple of weeks ago and from that there has been some discussion of drastically reducing the fees but they are waiting until the budget is finalized. I doubt we will see any changes for the next 4-6 months.

Property Taxes-Even though the original sales prices were very high the taxes did not get increased to reflect this over inflated value. The taxes on the 2 bed units are right around $1000/ year. The 1 beds slightly lower and the 3 beds slightly higher.
