Las Vegas Cay Club Current Inventory
This is a list of all current inventory at the Las Vegas Cay Club. I think you will see there are a couple of units that are listed WAY BELOW the competition. Many are even listed 30% below the last closed comps. There are some great buys right now! I also believe there will be many more units coming on the market in the coming weeks. The units that are priced to sell will be the first to go. Only about 90 out of the 360 units have furniture at this time, some of the ones that have furniture are also good buys. Where else in Las Vegas can you buy a unit like this and get prepaid rents at closing? Cay Club is a sleeper right now, with lots of opportunity!
