Instant Replay
Let me tell you about one of my favorite restaurants in the Las Vegas area, it’s Carmine’s Little Italy/Instant Replay. The name is a bit confusing but is basically Carmine’s Sports Bar without sports-bar-food. You will find some of the same menu items as his other restaurants but at a much lower price. If you go out to eat much in the off Strip locations you will find there is almost always a wait for a table. I’ve never had to wait for a table here, ok maybe once. Some of my favorites are the stuffed mushroom appetizers, Caesar salad and any of their pizzas. In a nut shell, food is great, portions are BIG, prices are reasonable, good service & there’s windows! I don’t think you can go wrong. There are several locations, I always go to the one in Henderson, by Sunset Station.
