Changes coming at the Las Vegas Cay Club

It looks like we are getting very close to the day many of us have been waiting for at the Las Vegas Cay Club. THE HOA FEES SHOULD BE GOING DOWN! I don’t have all of the exact details on this yet but it looks like the fees will go down by 30-40% and this could happen in the next few weeks. I have a copy of a letter and a proposed budget that has recently been sent to all of the owners. I will be posting more info as I have updates on this. Check back later in the week.

I am a purchaser from out of Country. Does it make sense to commit the unit back to the rental pool? Does anybody have any feedback/experience with having their units rented in the condo/hotel program?

I own multiple furnished rental in which I manage myself, mostly in henderson. Thanks to the price, I now have one unit in Cay Club and one closing.
I almost gave up the unit to the rental pool, but the fee was so hi and the reviews were so bad regarding the some of the management issues with dessert tides, I decided to manage it myself.
So far I’m booked solid until late August, and I have a couple of people waiting on on the unit that is about to close.
I am glad I did not go with the rental pool, but I also have some experience managing these type of properties.
I also have no idea what people are getting every month from the rental pool, I asked and they never would give me a straight answer. Anyone in the rental pool have any feedback on what’s coming in every month?

Can someone please give me the telephone number to the cay club association. The internet that is included in the association fee and paid by the association has been down for 3 days. I can not find their phone number anywhere. I called Cox, the internet provider and they said that it was turned off due to non-payment. Please email me the phone number to jamie19822002@yahoo.com.
    Thanks,
    Jamie

The phone number for EBMC is 702-873-3071. You may want to speak to Joe Jordan.
