Las Vegas Cay Club Inventory as of Feb 25, 2008
Here is the inventory update, things are starting to happen! I am starting to see more buyer activity as a result of the lower pricing. I’ve also been speaking with several owners in the past week, and I expect there will be several more “Short Sale” listings in the coming weeks. Based on this new price point we will start to see sales. Keep checking as I will have some new exciting updates very soon!
