Cay Club Listings as of 12.7.07
Prices are starting to drop at the Las Vegas Cay Club! As I’ve mentioned to many of the owners, we are starting to see some of the units go into some stage of foreclosure. If you look at the 3 Bedroom listings you will notice two VERY low priced units, both are bank owned. The most recent sales price for a 3 bedroom is $576,000. Unfortunately I think this is a sign of things to come. This is just one more reason for owners to get involved in the HOA, read this link.
