As Christmas nears it seems as if many owners at the Las Vegas Cay Club have been filled with the Holiday spirit of giving! There are some buyers out there that will be very thankful for the generosity, if you look closely at the difference between last week’s inventory and this week’s you will see a big change in prices! Some of this pricing pressure is directly linked to the number of “Bank owned” units and several units in some stage of pre-foreclosure. So far we still haven’t seen a unit go into contract on the resale market. I know the best Holiday gift many owners could receive would be a purchase contract! With just a few short shopping days left, I’ll see if I can get in touch with Santa!
