What is it? Well, it’s my latest attempt at a blog. I’ve been using different blogs since the mid part of 2006 and have experienced the good and the bad of several different sites, so I’ve decided to create my own! This is going to be what I call “The blog caught in the middle of Las Vegas!” For the most part, it is going to be real-estate-related with a bit of my point of view on what is happening here in Las Vegas. Vegas is currently going through one of the — if not THE — largest changes it has ever seen! It is a full-time job to stay on top of what is happening here, and I’m quite sure there are very few people who have a grasp of all the goings-on! If you are visiting this site for the first time, please check back as I will be updating it all of the time. And I have some great plans for what this will become in the coming months!
